How pickup games work

Find a game, grab your spot, show up and play — everything you need to know in two minutes.

What is a pickup game?

A pickup game is a game anyone can join on their own. Someone has booked a pitch or court and has spare spots, so you pay for one spot instead of renting the whole court and finding a full team yourself.

1. Find a game

Open Games to see every upcoming game. Filter by sport, city, date, format or price, or switch on Near me. Tap a game to see the time, the venue on the map and who's already playing.

2. Create your account

Sign up with your email, or log in with Google, and pick a username — your @id. Other players only ever see your @id, photo, sports, level and city. Never your real name, email or phone.

3. Join and pay

Free games: tap Join and you're in. Paid games: pay for your spot by scanning a PromptPay QR with any Thai banking app. Wallet: top up your ThaiSportsHub wallet (1,000 ฿ gets you 1,100 ฿) and paid games are taken straight from your balance — no QR each time.

Every game you join is saved in My Games.

4. If a game is cancelled

If the organiser or ThaiSportsHub cancels the game, every player is refunded in full, straight onto their ThaiSportsHub wallet — or in cash to your PromptPay if you ask from My Wallet — and you get a notification.

5. Host your own game

Once you've played 4 games you can create your own: pick the venue, date, time, format and price. Our team checks every new game before it goes live.
