Terms of Use

ThaiSportsHub lists sports venues, sports bars and events in Thailand and lets players organise and join pickup games. We are not the operator of the venues listed.

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Games are organised by players or venues. New games are reviewed by us before they go live. The organiser is responsible for booking the venue and running the game.

Sport has risks. You play at your own risk, must follow the venue's rules, and should only play if you are fit to do so.

Games listed here are booked and paid here — that is what gives players a guaranteed spot, a refund when a game is cancelled and quest points, and hosts their payout and free play. Hosts may not move players found on ThaiSportsHub to outside bookings or payments. Hosts who do lose their host and ambassador benefits, and repeat cases can be removed.

When more players are scanned in at a paid game than its format has places on the pitch or court (for example more than 14 in a 7v7, more than 4 in badminton doubles), every player who paid and was scanned in receives a wallet credit after the game — the amount per sport is shown on the game before you join. Wallet credit pays for future games on ThaiSportsHub; it cannot be withdrawn as cash. The host of the game does not receive it.

Prices are in Thai baht and paid through Stripe, by PromptPay QR. A paid seat is confirmed once the payment succeeds. If a game fills up or is closed while you are paying, you are refunded in full automatically.

• You can top up your ThaiSportsHub wallet by PromptPay. A top-up of 1,000 ฿ or more gets a 10% bonus (pay 1,000 ฿, get 1,100 ฿).
• When you join a paid game and your wallet covers the price, the exact price is taken from it.
• Your balance and bonus never expire. The balance is for games on ThaiSportsHub only — it can't be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
• Points earned in Quests can be cashed in as wallet credit (1,000 points = 100 ฿). The rate may change; points already cashed in keep their value.
• Your balance and its history are in My Wallet. Questions: admin@thaisportshub.com.

• You leave more than 48 hours before the start: the full price on your wallet, instantly — or, your choice, your payment minus the payment processing fee in cash, sent by ThaiSportsHub to your PromptPay. Seats paid from your wallet go back to your wallet in full.
• You leave less than 48 hours before the start: no refund — unless someone takes your spot, then you get your payment minus the payment processing fee back on your wallet — or in cash to your PromptPay if you ask from My Wallet (seats paid from your wallet: the full price back on your wallet).
• You don't show up: no refund.
• Not enough players: a game that still has fewer players than its minimum 24 hours before the start (3 hours when it was created later) is cancelled automatically, and everyone is refunded as below.
• Extra players: when a game takes more players than its full game, the pitch costs less each — after the game the difference goes back to every paying player's wallet.
• The game is cancelled by the organiser or by us: every player is refunded in full, straight onto their ThaiSportsHub wallet — or in cash to your PromptPay if you ask from My Wallet — and you get a notification.

No harassment, hate, threats, spam, fake games or anything illegal. Use the report and block tools if someone bothers you. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

You own what you post (photos, bio, messages, games). You allow us to show it on ThaiSportsHub so the service works. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Venue details, opening hours, prices, ratings and fixtures come from public sources and may change. Check with the venue before you travel.

As far as the law allows, Pandora Consulting is not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from games, venues or other players, or for decisions made based on listed information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Thai consumer law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. See also our Privacy Policy.
