ThaiSportsHub — questions players ask

What is ThaiSportsHub?

A free guide to playing sport in Thailand: venues with prices and opening hours, pickup games you can join on your own, academies, coaches, events and sports bars — plus a community for every city and sport.

Which cities and sports do you cover?

Cities: Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, Rayong, Khon Kaen, Ayutthaya. Sports: Football, Pickleball, Badminton, Basketball, Table Tennis, Yoga, Futsal, Beach Volleyball. New venues and cities are added every week.

How do pickup games work?

Pick a game, pay for one spot by PromptPay or from your ThaiSportsHub wallet, and turn up. The host scans you in at the pitch. You don't need a team.

What if I can't make it, or the game is cancelled?

Leave more than 48 hours before the start and you get the full price back on your wallet, or cash by PromptPay minus the payment fee. If a game is cancelled, every player gets 100% back.

Is it free?

Yes. Browsing, signing up and joining communities is free. You only pay for a spot in a paid game.

What are the communities?

Every city and sport has its own community: upcoming games, players looking for partners, venue tips, photos and polls. When you sign up you join the one for your city and main sport.
